Renewal time is upon us! Come in today and renew your current lease for another year. Keep in mind that we will again have a very short turnover period for moving and repairs between summer and fall this year. If your current lease goes through the summer and you do not renew your lease, you will have to move out by the end of you current lease which is no later than noon July 31, 2013.  Most new leases in town will begin around August 16^th.  You can avoid the inconvenience of moving and the possibility of not having a place to live for several weeks by renewing your lease with us.
