Association Coordinator Assistant

Northcutt Realty is seeking a Condominium/Homeowner Association Coordinator Assistant. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, good work ethic and the ability to multitask. Prior HOA management experience i.e., accounting, compliance, administrative assistant, etc. is preferred but not required. Prior Yardi Voyager software experience also a plus, but not required. This position is responsible for providing support to our clients through excellent customer service in the daily management and coordination of all aspects of community operations.

  • Supports and assists general office activities and projects with administrative tasks. Provides customer service support. Under moderate supervision, work may involve contact with homeowners and board members.
  • Ability to effectively navigate computer systems. Yardi experience is a plus!
  • Strong phone skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
  • Ability to track and follow up on issues
  • Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • A high degree of professionalism
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Prepares and assists community manager with monthly meeting packages and in-house mailings.

Bookkeeper

Northcutt Realty LLC is looking for a bookkeeper to handle various accounting, finance, and billing details for residential, property management, sales, and association management. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, good work ethic and the ability to multitask. In this role, your responsibilities will include overseeing accounts receivable and payable, check deposits, assisting with COA/HOA annual budgets, processing security deposits, and more.

  • Prepare/Review monthly bank reconciliations and other account analysis
  • Assist with tenant and vendor balance/ledger inquiries
  • Assist in building COA & HOA annual budgets
  • Trouble shoot utility billing issues
  • Process security deposit refunds
  • Special projects as requested by management
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Must possess superb time management skills

Plumber

Northcutt Realty LLC is looking for an experienced plumber to join our maintenance team. We are looking for a qualified Plumber who will be responsible for the installation and repairing of pipes, fixtures, pumps, and drainage systems according to specifications and applicable codes throughout our facilities.

  • Navigate the assembly and installation of pipes and tubes without interfering with existing infrastructure
  • Measure, cut and bend pipe material
  • Assemble valves, fittings, tubes and water system appliances
  • Install and maintain building water systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues relating to water supply and waste lines
  • Repair and replace system issues such as clogged drains, faucet problems, broken drainage lines, hot water tank leaks, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of state regulations affecting plumbing work
  • Must have valid drivers license and pass a drug test

General Laborer

Northcutt Realty is looking for a general laborer to join our maintenance team. We are looking for someone who’s main responsibility will be daily grounds maintenance. They will also assist our team in different trades required to maintain our property portfolio.

  • Pressure Washing
  • Performing outside custodial duties
  • Collecting waste from bins and ensuring proper waste management procedures are carried out
  • Moving furniture and equipment
  • Making sure that the grounds are free of leaves or trash
  • Using blower, walk behind and riding mowers, weed eaters, drills etc.
  • Ability to work under various weather conditions
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned
  • Assisting with the renovation/remodeling of buildings
  • Must have valid drivers license and pass a drug test
