Choose one of the following options to make a rent payment, pay an association fee, or pay a maintenance bill:

• Mail a check to our office located at 248 S Gay Street Auburn AL 36830, and make sure to include the property & unit number on the check.
• Come by our office and pay with cash.
• Drop a check off at the office or after hours leave a check in the drop-box located by the front door.
• Call our office and make a payment over the phone
  • When paying over the phone or in person at our office, all card payments are charged a 2.95% service fee, e-check (ACH) has a $0 service fee
• Login to Rent Café or Condo Café (if applicable) and make a payment online.
  • Online Payments Only:  2.95% service fee for credit card transactions, $3.95 minimum service fee for debit card transactions and
    a $0 fee for e-check (ACH) transactions
